PIKE Stainless Steel Short-Path Gas Cells are engineered for demanding industrial and environmental applications. Available in 50 mm and 100 mm pathlengths, these cells are ideal for monitoring gas streams where concentrations are relatively high. The 316 stainless steel construction ensures excellent chemical resistance and the ability to withstand internal pressures up to 100 psi, making them suitable for pilot plant and process monitoring.These cells feature a demountable design, allowing for easy cleaning and the replacement of windows to suit different spectral regions (e.g., KBr for Mid-IR or ZnSe for moisture-heavy environments). They can be equipped with heating jackets for analysis up to 200 °C, preventing the condensation of high-boiling point vapors and ensuring a stable gas phase during measurement
