Micro-TouchPick Pen – Adhesive Micro-Manipulation Tool

An innovative micro-sampling tool featuring a specialized adhesive tip for the effortless retrieval and transfer of microscopic particles and fibers

Product Overview

The S.T. Japan Micro-TouchPick Pen solves the frustrating problem of static electricity and mechanical difficulty when handling tiny samples. Equipped with a proprietary, low-tack silicone adhesive tip, this pen allows the user to simply "touch" a micro-particle to pick it up. The sample can then be transferred precisely to an IR window or Raman slide and released without leaving any detectable adhesive residue. This tool is indispensable for cleanroom environments and forensic labs where the risk of losing a sample is high. Unlike tweezers, which can crush or launch a sample into the air, the TouchPick provides a gentle, controlled grip. The tips are replaceable and come in various adhesive strengths and sizes to suit different material types and laboratory conditions

Key Features

  • Static-Free Handling: Eliminates sample loss due to electrostatic repulsion.
  • Residue-Free: Specialized adhesive ensures no spectral contamination of the sample.
  • Gentle Retrieval: Safely handles delicate fibers and fragile crystals.
  • Precision Placement: Allows for sub-millimeter positioning on microscope slides.
  • Replaceable Tips: Ensures a fresh, clean adhesive surface for every analysis
