The PIKE Mid-IR IntegratIR brings the benefits of integrating sphere technology to the Mid-Infrared spectral region. Unlike standard diffuse reflectance accessories, the IntegratIR collects nearly all reflected light over a hemispherical area, which is essential for accurate measurements of absolute reflectance and emissivity. This is a critical capability for researchers working on advanced materials, thermal coatings, and complex geological samples.The interior of the sphere is coated with a specially formulated diffuse gold, providing high efficiency across the entire Mid-IR range.
