ChemWiz-ADK Handheld NIR Spectrometer for full spectrum and composition analysis of solids, liquids, and powders from 900-1700nm with <5nm spectral resolution. System has built in Analyzer Development Kit (ADK) that includes spectral matching save/search functionality and PLS builder/predictor software to make it the most powerful NIR instrument on the market! ChemWiz-ADK incorporates research-grade DWARF-Star spectrometer optics. It has an 8″, high performance Android touchscreen interface that’s both ergonomic and user-friendly. System comes with pre-installed starter calibration models for a variety of sample types. System includes integrated halogen light, snap on reflectance fixture (RF-HH) & RS50 white reflectance standard. System charging supply and USB key also included.

Accessories for any Sample Type
ChemWiz-ADK Handheld NIR Spectrometer can be connected to a R600-8-VisNIR reflectance probe to measure smaller samples such as a chili pepper or test a “hard to reach” location. Additionally, you can add the probe lens, 45 degree tip holder, or just about any other reflectance accessory for more repeatability and measurement function. You can also measure liquid samples with a DP400-VISNIR Dip Probe or our CUV-HH snap-on magnetic cuvette holder.
ChemWiz-ADK Software Interface
The ChemWiz-ADK PRO App makes real-time composition measurements quick and easy. Acquire full spectrum near-infrared data and use our built in Analyzer Development Kit to predict unknown samples and concentrations. ChemWiz-ADK PRO has a powerful spectral matching algorithm which allows users to saves validated samples to library and search unknowns for matching. Also, the systems offers user creatable PLS modeling and prediction functionality. Create your own chemometrics model quickly and easily. The systems offers a handful of preprocessing algorithms as well as compiled model statistics. Create your own analyzer with the new handheld NIR spectrometer system. Additionally, the ChemWiz-ADK comes pre-packed with Starter NIR calibration models for food and agriculture applications as well as spectral databases for plastics and nutraceutical ID.

Analysis of Plastics and Polymers for Sorting and Recycling
Included with your system is our Starter Plastic ID Package with database save/search functionality. The database has been generated using recycled plastics including PETE – Polyethylene Terephthalate, HDPE – High density Polyethylene, PVC – Polyvinyl Chloride, LDPE Low-density Polyethylene, PP – Polypropylene, and PS – Polystyrene. Using this Plastic ID package you can scan incoming unknown samples with the handheld NIR within seconds and match your unknown sample to your database. Matches are displayed on screen in order of %match and the user can then click on any match to see its actual library spectrum and compare it to the captured one. Samples with varying thickness, opacity, and colors can be added to your library with a click of a button. Simple to use, easy interface.
